Nicole Gulick, LPC

Nicole has over ten years of experience providing individual and group counseling with adults ranging in age from 18-65. Areas of specialty include parenting, life transitions, PTSD, grief and loss, depression, anxiety.

Nicole believes it is important for each person to feel valued and seen in therapy. She uses compassion and mindfulness to help individuals gain clarity in understanding their story, their thoughts, and their emotions. She believes in the importance of identifying what is valuable to each person, what they want and need from therapy, and the process of working together towards a helpful outcome. Nicole focuses on the idea that we all have the capacity to grow and that it is important to identify and build on our strengths. She values working to help each person navigate through unique challenges and find a path towards healing.

Prior to her career as a therapist, she worked in various capacities in corporate business, social work, and teaching parenting classes. She practices from a mindfulness-based approach using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Nicole received a bachelor's in business administration from Oregon State University and a master's in counseling psychology from Lewis and Clark College. She is a parent of three girls, has two dogs and two cats and loves to run, travel, and be outside.
